Supervision

Our model of supervision practice is humanistic, integrative & creative. This means we believe we all have innate drivers toward fulfilling individual and social potential. We facilitate and provide tools to support self-awareness, resilience and wellbeing.

Group Reflective Practice

Supporting a variety of key success indicators for teams, we use an integrative, creative model, inviting employees to reflect on their work, their caseloads, and develop collaborative thinking.

Engaging in regular reflection and feedback helps individuals identify areas for growth and development, leading to continuous improvement and a supportive community who can offer diverse perspectives, share resources, and provide emotional support.

Group Therapeutic Supervision

Supporting a variety of key success indicators for teams, we use an integrative model, inviting employees to reflect on their work, their caseloads, and develop collaborative thinking.

Employees are invited to go to greater depth to understand their own psychology and working models of relationship for challenging behaviour or consistently high stress environments, and where clients are demanding much emotional labour.

One-to-one Supervision

Supporting a variety of key success indicators for individuals, we use an integrative model, inviting employees to reflect on their work, their caseloads, and their personal lives.

One-to-one work provides safety to off-load, find a safe haven and a confidential professional relationship to work through issues & reactions when confronted with challenging behaviour or consistently high stress and leadership environments.

WE PROVIDE SUPERVISON FOR…

charities  SCHOOLS  colleges  businesses  individuals

We provide experienced and qualified supervisors with experience of working in a variety of sectors. Contracts can range from 1 hour one-to-one supervisions, to group supervisions onsite or in an independent central therapy hub.

We provide management and quality control support and a variety of documentation to enable an efficient and creative service to support stress reduction, employee mental health, reflective practice and team building and working.

You may also wish to contract a supervisor to help you get more out of your work life. Similar to coaching, but perhaps better qualified, a supervisor can help you with your work dreams and priorities, challenges and opportunities, helping you to get the most out of your career.
